If you don’t know about the Vega + then consider yourself lucky, and maybe look on YouTube for one of the many videos detailing the absolute nightmare the Kickstarter turned into.
As for me, I didn’t support the initiative, but when I saw some Vega+ shells being sold in a Spectrum Facebook group, my interest piqued. I figured I might as well purchase a couple and see if I could breathe some life into them.
For the build’s foundation, I’m probably going to use the latest Raspberry Pi Pico bare metal emulator, available at https://github.com/fruit-bat/pico-zxspectrum. However, consider this guide as being under continuous refinement until I either successfully develop a functional model or surrender in despair.
